Usage and Care
- Connect power adapter to the standard plug. If used in car, connect the car adapter to the cigarette lighter.
- Press the power switch on the control panel. The massager will start to work.
- Press the direction button, and the massager nodes will rotate in forward and reverse direction repeatedly.
- Press the heat button to start the infrared heating function.
- After use, turn off the massager, then disconnect the plug.

This is a great neck and back massager to get the kinks out of your sore muscles. I like that it has multiple intensity levels so you can choose the level you want. The heat is also nice. The hand straps allow you to easily adjust the massager position and apply the pressure you want.

I really like the neck massager. It feels really good. It has straps to put on like a harness so I can still use my hands which is nice. Sometimes I just hold the straps with my hand and move the massager to get the back of my head, all of my neck, and gets deep in my shoulders. It also has heat to help the muscles relax. I get a stiff neck, and I really do think this helps loosen it up. Either way it feels really good. Good quality and price
